What it is
A penetrating soy-based treatment, sprayed onto shingles that are still sound. It is not a paint and it is not a coating, and it is not a substitute for replacing a roof that is finished.
We treat it as one part of maintenance, alongside a tune-up and cleaning. On a roof that is worn out it is the wrong spend, and the free inspection is how we tell you which one you have.
What we will not tell you
We will not give you a number of extra years, a percentage saving, or a warranty on this treatment. No field study establishes how many years of service life a treatment adds to any individual roof, so we do not make that claim.
What we will do is show you photographs of your actual roof and tell you honestly whether maintenance is worth doing on it.
