Why this comes up
When an inspection report flags the roof, the deal stops until somebody can say what is actually wrong and what it costs to put right. Waiting a week for that answer is what kills the timeline.
We fly the roof, photograph every slope, and get you the pictures and a price, usually the same day. Both sides of the table see the same evidence instead of arguing about a line in a report.
What you get
- Photographs of every slope, not a summary paragraph
- A written price only if work is actually needed
- Nobody has to be at the property for the flight
- Plain answers you can forward to a client without translating them
What we will not claim
We are the roofer who would do the repair, so we are not an independent third party and we will not pretend to be. What we give you is documentation you keep, and you are free to price the work anywhere you like.
The work itself is the same as everywhere else: see drone inspections, roof repair and roof maintenance, across the Northshore.
