What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the details you type: your name, phone number, property address, what is going on with your roof, and anything you add in the notes. We also record the page you submitted from and the date.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your roof and to schedule an inspection or quote. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details to anyone and we do not pass them to other contractors.
Who can see it
John Gagliano at Roof Defend USA, and Osprey Solutions, who build and manage this website. Form submissions are delivered by email through a third-party email provider and stored on our own server.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records so we can look back at work discussed on a property. If you want your details removed, email john@roofdefendusa.com or call (504) 250-6065 and ask. We will remove them.
Measurement and cookies
This site is intended to use standard web analytics to understand how people find and use it, and advertising measurement if advertising is running. These tools set cookies in your browser. They tell us about pages and traffic sources. They do not tell us who you are unless you submit a form yourself.
Photographs of your roof
If we inspect your roof, the photographs are yours. We keep a copy in our own records. We do not publish photographs of a customer property without asking that customer first.
