Water runs along the decking and shows up in a room three feet away. That is why we photograph the whole roof before we quote a repair. Guessing at a leak is how people end up paying twice.

How we find it
We fly the roof and photograph every slope. Most of the time the cause is visible from the air, and you get to see it too. Then we quote the repair with the photo attached, so you know what you are paying for.
Repair or replace
We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at. A roof with one bad slope and fifteen good years left gets repaired. A roof that is failing everywhere gets replaced. The photos make that call obvious, and you get to make it yourself.
Storm damage
