The information on this site describes the work Roof Defend USA does. It is general information about roofing, not a quote and not an assessment of your particular roof. Any price for your property comes in writing after we have inspected it.
Inspections
A drone inspection shows the condition of a roof as visible from the air on the day we fly it. It is not a structural survey, and it does not show conditions inside the roof structure or under the shingles. Where a property cannot be flown legally, we will tell you and offer another approach.
Insurance
We photograph and document roof condition. We do not decide insurance claims and we do not promise any claim outcome. Decisions about cover and payment belong to your insurer and your adjuster.
