Shingles are brittle, the granules are gone, and every repair buys a few months. At that point a new roof is the cheaper option, and we will show you the photos that prove it.
We do not lead with replacement. It is the biggest job we sell and the easiest one to oversell, so we put it last.
How we know it is time
- Granule loss across the whole roof, not one slope
- Shingles that crack when handled instead of bending
- Repairs that keep coming back in new places
- Decking that has gone soft
- A roof old enough that repairs are throwing money at it
What the job looks like
- Free drone inspection and photos.
- A written price with the photos attached.
- Tear off, inspect the decking, replace anything rotten.
- New roof installed.
- We clean up. Magnets over the whole yard for nails.
What we will not do
We will not quote you a replacement on a roof that needs a repair. If the drone photos show a roof with life left, you will hear that instead.
