Why a record matters more here
The Northshore takes real weather, and Slidell more than most. After a named storm the parish fills with crews working out of trucks with magnetic door signs, and a lot of homeowners end up relying on somebody else account of what their roof looked like.
Wind damage is also easy to miss from the ground. Shingles lift, break their seal, then settle back down looking normal. From the air the lifted courses are visible.
What we give you

- A plain note on the visible damage
- A repair price only if repair is needed
- The pictures are yours to keep and to forward to whoever you like
What we will not tell you
We will not tell you what your policy will pay, and we will not promise an outcome on a claim. That decision belongs to your insurer and your adjuster. Any roofer who guarantees you a result is telling you something they cannot know.

Will this get my claim approved?
We cannot say that, and nobody honest can. Your insurer and adjuster decide a claim. What we provide is dated evidence of what the roof looks like.
How soon after a storm can you fly?
As soon as it is safe and legal to fly. We do not fly in rain or high wind.
What if my roof turns out to be fine?
Then you have dated proof that it was fine, which is worth having before the next storm.
