We Document the Roof. Your Insurer Decides the Claim
We photograph the condition of the roof and give you those pictures, dated, so you have your own record. Homeowners and independent agents both use that documentation when a claim is being discussed.
What we will not do is tell you what your policy will pay or promise a particular outcome. That decision belongs to your insurer and your adjuster, and any roofer who guarantees you a claim result is telling you something they cannot know.
